Automatic sheet feeder with square steel structure, high wear
resistance, more stable, efficiently, the accuracy of feeding size
could be improved by automatic feeding.
Material holder combines with the machine, which is controlled by
cylinder, can move up and down. It is easy for operation, and
saving more space.
Features:
1. The sheet feeding pin chain is controlled by servomotor, the
feeding length is more precise and it can be adjusted in parameter
setting through touch screen.
2. Max. production speed up to 50 cycles/minute, definitely can be
named as high speed thermoforming machine.
3. The operation is controlled by PLC with touch screen.
4. Four pillars to fix the mold more stable.
5. The upper and lower molds are driven by servo motors, which
makes it easier to control the speed of the upper and lower molds.
The upper and lower molds are guided by a guide post with a
diameter of 50mm, and the driving screw also uses a ball screw with
a diameter of 50mm. Thereby, the upper and lower molds can move up
and down more forcefully and smoothly.
This machine is suitable to handle different materials, such as PP,
A-PET, R-PET, C-PET, BOPS, HIPS, PP, PLA, PVC and barrier material.
It could produce many items such as Sandwich Plastic Box Container,
clam-shells, nursery trays and plates. It could use for making
different products by easily changing mounds.
